There's a problem to create materialized views in Oracle 11.2.0.3 over db link to Oracle 10.2.0.1 - 10.2.0.4
In my case I got ORA-12028 trying to create materialized view with primary key, and ORA-00600 [17069] if rowid option's used.
Creating the same MV's over db link from 11.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.5 gives no problem and works fine.
